PREPARATION

For a complete and properly done exterior paint job, our team goes through the following:

 

Pressure Wash

All of the areas to be painted are pressure washed to get rid of dirt, mold, mildew, loose rust and flaky old paint to provide a cleaner surface.

Prepare

Any loose paint is scraped off, cracks are patched, windows and doors are caulked. All exposed concrete is protected with drop cloths.

Paint

Repaired areas are primed, and premium quality paint is applied to a uniform finish.

Clean

All of our materials are removed.

Inspect

After our own inspection, one of our paint representatives will come out to do a thorough inspection. You are also invited to inspect our work.
